Ingredients
Lavender – has a harmonising effect on the nervous system, helps us to reduce anxiety and our response to stress. The scent of lavender also promotes emotional stability and helps to ease irritability, anger, moodiness, mood swings and depression.
Geranium – together with lavender, geranium is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy. Lavender and geranium work in synergy to create a calming effect that reduces anxiety and our response to stress. Geranium helps to restore emotional harmony and can be useful to reduce moodiness and mood swings.
Frankincense – well known for alleviating nervous tension and nervous exhaustion. It is recommended for quietening the mind and assisting in meditation. It deepens the breath and calms and focuses our mind.
